I had my windscreen replaced and paid £180 for ADAS calibration, but the warning light is still showing on the dashboard. The issue was not fixed, yet I was still charged in full.

I believe it’s unfair to charge for a service that wasn’t successfully completed. I’ve contacted the company to request a refund, but the fact remains that the job wasn’t done properly.

Disappointing experience — I expected the problem to be resolved, not left the same after paying £180.

Was recommended to Autoglazing Windscreens by BMW who was unable to reattach the rear view mirror on my car, without replacing the entire windscreen.

Autoglazing was able to do it in less than an hour, while I waited in their waiting rooms, which had work desks and wifi available. Overall super service and would highly recommend.

Got the windscreen of my car replaced recently. Got a quote via email very quickly and they were able to do the job promptly the next day. Very happy with the service and very reasonably priced. No complaints. Would highly recommend.

Had my Cupra 290 Windscreen crack on me the other day. Called these guys to get a quote and they came back cheaper than the other companies with a really competitive price. The guy came out to my house the same day as they had my windscreen in stock and honestly did a fantastic job. Can’t fault it at all, I looked at all the trims to make sure they had been put back on correctly, made sure nothing had been scratched or damaged and couldn’t find a single thing.

Overall it was all done to a really high standard and for a really good price. Would definitely recommend them if you live in Peterborough or surrounding areas.

Really bad experience, paid a lot of money for a new windscreen which was fitted incorrectly and as a result caused internal water damage to the car. They ignored my request for a refund or compensation, I had to reschedule someone to come out and fix the windscreen which took over a week with the technician calling in sick, when they came to fix this they then cracked my windscreen and i had to reschedule again for a new replacement where the technician called in sick a second time and I missed one call from them and they didn’t try reaching out again to let me know nobody was coming and I was then told again I needed to reschedule. This all happened over 4 weeks which left me without transport for work and education which cost me further expenses on top of fixing the internal damages. This company overall provided a really bad service with poor communication and I do not recommend going here for windscreen services.

mate had an awful experience.
didn’t fit windscreen properly, water damage all throughout her car.
technician called in “sick” twice.
4 weeks later the windscreen was fixed, ignored when asked for compensation/refund.
never paid for water damage, car is now mouldy and unusable as unsafe.
